Plant-for-the-Planet is Planting for You Program Statement
This Program is carried out by our company in collaboration with the German Plant-For-The-Planet Foundation.
We reserve the right to revise the contents of the Program at any time.
If you are a minor, do not participate in the Program without the consent and guidance of your parents.
As part of the Program, we will transmit your personal information that has been registered in the GIGABYTE official website, including your name, gender, and e-mail address, to the Plant-For-The-Planet Foundation for the purpose of producing tree certificates. If you do not agree to the use of your personal information, you may elect to refuse to provide it when you register, request that we stop using / processing the information, or request to delete your personal information, but such requests will preclude you from participation in the Program. We are not liable for any harm or inconvenience this may cause you.
Except as provided in Section 4 above, we will use and process your personal data in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.
When you request to delete your personal information, please provide sufficient contact information to us (GreenAction@gigabyte.com). We are not responsible for any failure to process your request if the information you provide is unrecognizable or incorrect.
If you provide personal information that is false or misleading or becomes the subject of a criminal investigation, we reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in this Program.
